We’ll kick off our first session with our exclusive “Ways to Lead” personality assessment. Engage in conversation about recognizing and acknowledging where people are—from a brain development perspective.
Language to inspire and motivate
Uncover motivation factors and how to inspire action. We’ll discuss ideas for improving meeting effectiveness and encouraging collaboration across teams.
Creating a culture where all can excel
We’ll revisit diversity in terms of personalities, then dig deeper into organizational culture building blocks. Learn to create an environment where people from diverse backgrounds (culture, generation, religion, etc.) can all be present and fully engaged.
Optional add-on: Managing remote teams
Remote work is growing along with a demand for work-life balance. In this session, we’ll get hands-on with a strategy to effectively “manage by objectives” (MBO) rather than time constraints.
