The Women's Evolving Leader Fellowship

A leadership & professional practice annual cohort program.

Leadership can be lonely.

But when you bring a bunch of motivated, professional women together…

…you’ve just joined an entire community.

The Fellowship

Supporting women leaders, business owners and catalysts for change to step into their fullest, most authentic selves in a tightly knit community of powerful women, The Fellowship is for you if:

  • You are in a leadership position through your work or your own business.
  • You’ve experienced significant team or position changes.
  • You are ready to step into your highest capacity leaving ego at the door.
  • You are excited to practice new skills and bring your learning and experience to a group of other like minded women.

This is not a program for every woman. It is an intensive deep dive into expanding your leadership capabilities and learning new strategies for impacting and influencing for the greater good. You will gain new perspectives, stretch into new understandings, and build a professional practice toolbox for people leadership, change management, conflict resolution, and self-growth. You will be supported by experts in leadership and held accountable to the learning in your cohort of powerful women who walk this journey with you.

Employees are often promoted based on skills they use in their daily roles and then are limited for promotion consideration as they lack leadership and advanced skills to progress (Griffith, Baur, & Buckley, 2019).

The Emerging Leader Fellowship aims to actively support you in your professional development growth and in your career advancement into people leadership, change management, and more complex organizational dynamics.

Your Personal & Professional Self

Leadership is the way in which you utilize your skills and knowledge to impact and influence for the greater good. The best way to advance your career, experience more joy in your daily life, and grow your business is to invest in your continuous learning.

We focus on strategies that help you explore your personal and professional self acknowledging that these two parts of self make the whole. We acknowledge that continuous learning includes the mind, body, spirit and past, present, future as well as our personal and professional selves that we bring to the table as we lead, support, and collaborate with others in our lives.

Leadership as a Practice

Developing your leadership as a practice takes effort in acknowledging the parts of self that contribute to who you are, how you lead, and ways in which we develop and maintain relationships with others.

We will guide you through immersive workshops that will help you unlock your true potential, rediscover your passions, and create a vision for the life you truly desire. You’ll explore practices that will enable you to become the best version of yourself and create lasting change in your personal and professional life.

Get to know other amazing women, benefit from coaching and mindset training, and learn valuable skills to step into your impact and influence to build vision and a practical strategic plan towards your future-self goals.

Dr. Kristine Medyanik

Shattered Glass Leadership was born from my 10+ years of teaching experience and a doctorate in Business with a specialty in Organizational Psychology. I’ve delivered my original personality assessment to thousands of students and clients over the last 13 years—and those students teach me something new every time.

My retreats and workshops build on concepts of personality, motivation, and brain science. We dive deep into your goal and real challenges. We provide time and space to envision your next chapter or ten. Then we take those “aha” moments and turn them into action plans, so you can bring real change to your everyday life.
